This map shows the deviation, in percentage, of the forecast electricity
demand from what would be expected under normal weather conditions at this time of year.
Pure blue indicates the most negative deviation while pure red indicates the most
positive deviation; intermediate deviations are represented by a combination of blue
and red. That is, a red area indicates more-than-normal electricity demand, while a
blue area indicates a less-than-normal electricity demand. See the color bar for details.
